Are you mentally down and demotivated. If so i can help you. First of all, are you happy with your life,family, friends? If yes, you are so lucky and if it is no, don't be sad. Now i am presenting you some tips for your happiness


 1.Be happy with what you have. Find happiness in everything you have. Take a notebook and write thank god for everything you have. Example

 I am thankfull to god to have a beautiful family. Don't say you are not happy with anything. You have a life,you are healthy and of course you have a good education and many things. So do this everyday. And I am promising you. Definitely you can see the change

2. Be positive, don't find negative in you and others . Negative character can spoil your entire life. It is difficult to change negative to positive but it is not impossible. Being a positive person will definitely make you happy and you can find solution for everything.



3. Love yourself. Don't hurt ourself by saying I can't,I am not capable.

I am a looser.stop using such words, by usi g this you are hurting yourself. And the other fact is that when your repeatedly saying the same thing your subconscious mind will accept it and you cannot be happy with anything. So today onwards you should stop thinking and telling such things.
