Hai friends! Today I am going to introduce you the best method to avoid bad habits and build good ones.

What is a habit?
A habit is a routine of behavior that is repeated regularly and tends to occur subconsciously.
  • “The quality of your life depent on your quality of habits”

Why do habits form?
Habits makes thinks effortless.
I will explain it with an example.
How will  you drive a car /bike or anything at first time?You will take all the steps much consouisness .what should I do first second etc..But how will be when you do it after getting experience.you will never  check what should do you do ,you will automatically do things without an effort.this is the reason why habits are important to us.
Habits influence much in our life .
So ,make your all habits good and create a bright future.

How does habits form?
Author James Clear has explained this very clearly .
Habits are form by 4 process
1.Cue/trigger
Cue / trigger are things or whatever attracts us.Eg: you are going to a place and you saw a shop with delicious food and you feel to eat it .Here the food is the trigger which attracts you.
2. Craving
This is the second step.
I will go with an example , when we get the smell of the food automatically we will get a tendency to eat .this tendency to do that thing is craving.
3.Response.
The process which we do to get the thing is called response.
When craving is done the next step is to buy / do that thing,Here food. This is the  response to that.
4.Reward .
Reward is the result of doing this all things.
The feel when you eat that food which you was attracted is called the reward.
So when do it continuesly it becomes a habit.

Next let's check how to change your bad habits to good.
It's hard to change our habits which we had started early but it's not impossible .
For this too our auther James Clear had said a perfect method.
Author had introduce 2 Methods for this.
Outcome- based habits and Identify -based habits
Author says to choose 2nd method because it's more powerful and easier.
1.Outcome -based habits
In this there are 3 steps
  1.Outcome
Outcome is your goal
  2.Process
This is the things that we should do to get that position or goal.
  3.Identity.
This is the  Identity that you get from the process or The goal that you achieve from the process

2.Identity-based habits.
This is just opposite to Outcome-based habits
1.Identity
2 process
3.outcome.
    I will explain this with an example
Suppose your aim is to be the class topper you should think that you are already in that position and for maintaining that you should work and you will get the outcome (here-class topper)
So,this is the steps involved in Identity-based habits.It is easier and effective than the first method. No? 

There are 2 smokers who is much addicted to it.One day they take a  decision to not smoke again.One day their another friend came and said take a stuff first friend said ,"I don't want I am trying to stop smoking"
And the second person said ,"sorry ,I am not a smoker."
These statements have a major difference.
So, There is no confusion that the second method is the best one .You too should try this. Result is guaranteed by me.
