How to avoid laziness?

Laziness is one of the biggest enemy of most of us. We may have failed in many things because of laziness. So,it's very important to avoid this laziness and I am here to introduce you the 6 golden tips to avoid laziness.

                             

1. Break tasks into smaller one
Break all the tasks to smaller whenever you gets one. Why should I do it?

If we look at the psychology of people then we can understand that they like to do easy and small tasks more than hard. You should use that trick here.

Whenever you breaks this bigger task to smaller you'll feel it very easy to do and also can avoid laziness.
For eg: if you have a big lesson to study, don't try to study everything at a time.

Make the lessons to small parts and points. First understand the important point and read the rest. Try to make the big paragraphs to small points. And then you can study with interest and also it seems more easier.

2. Rest, sleep and exercise
It is ok to rest and sleep! But doing exercise is boring.No? 😅
Sometimes the reason which makes you lazy is you are not energetic so,take enough rest. And exercise for sometimes ( morning or evening).

First of all don't think that exercise is for just body building. It not only makes us fit but also make us active and energetic. And laziness will automatically leave from us.
So,sleep well take rest and exercise well.

3. Motivation
Do everything with a motivation and do not do something without any Motivation or interest.
If you're doing something with a good motive and interest then it will last forever and you can do it perfectly.

I have heard in a post that “Remember, motivation is just a state of mind. No matter what you think about it,it will fade. You need to constantly work to keep it alive.”

If we tell it clearly, when you see a motivational video or posts you may get me motivated and will start new habits.

But our motivation will come down after some days and will forget about it totally. If you think to continue it then your laziness will never allow to do it.

4. Create goals

You should have a perfect and good goal in your life. Don't live a life without any goals. Even it's small or big you should have a clear vision in it. Try to make goals according to your passion and likes. Don't ever try to copy others goals. Make a unique goal for yourself. You need to have a burning desire in it.
Plan well and move with a perfect strategy. You should have a good and great strategy to follow.

The best method for it is follow your passion. This is because following your dream will makes you happy and no others should force you to do it and then you will not get bored. This is a best and proven way to avoid laziness

                             

Keep chasing your dreams again and again until you reach the success.

5. Think about the benefits
This is a very effective method. You will have the tendesity to do a work when you know the benefits of it. If you have a work to do then think about the benefits of doing it. What all I can get through it. Don't only think about big benefits, think about both big and small benefits.
Sometimes it may be some money,fame or some gifts. Think about those benefits while doing or going to do that work.
Visualize about that benefits which will come after doing the work. All the laziness will go from you after doing it.

6. Think about the consciences
This is just opposite of the 5th method. Think about the consciences which will occur when you're not doing that work. You will get fear when you think about it. And will be responsible to do it. Automatically you will do it fastily.
