How to increase focus on studies?

Focusing on studies is a big challenging thing to us. So, today I am here to introduce you the 5 simple and effective methods to focus.

1.  Rubber Band method 

This is a very simple and Powerful method.First wear a rubber band in your wrist(shown in video) then we will have a tendency to take phone or do things which cause studying. When you think to do it then just pull the rubber band.  It hurts well but,this pain motivates you. You will get a sudden thought oh my god! What am I doing? And then you will continue your studies. We can see many students who just opene their book and think about other things. So,for these type of students can also use this. This is very effective and also tested by me.



2. Play music without lyrics

Some of us cannot study when it is full of silence. They cannot focus in studies when it is silent. So, If you are a student who have the same problem then,hear music without lyrics. I doesn't mean to hear a rock or romantic music. There is music which helps you. Just google it and find the best one which helps you. These music will activate your brain and then you can increase your focus. The most important thing to is you should hear the music which doesn't contain lyrics. If there is lyrics,the your focus will go to the song. And also this method will not work on some. Just try it and find if it's working on you.  If not,try other methods. 


3. Establish a routine 

Make studying as a habit. Suppose if you are studying after waking 7am today,10am tommorow and 5 am the next day. What will happen? Your subconscious mind will feel it as a difficult task and will delay in it. So you should fix a comfortable time table and continue your studies at the same time. If you are studying at that same time always then it will save on your subconscious mind and then when that time comes,your mind will automatically remembers you and makes you study. Also you can get more focus. You can make a to do list for the first stage. There are many apps as a reminder( I prefer google task )

4. Make a distraction list.

This hack helps you to avoid your distraction. First list all the distractions which comes when you are studying in a note or paper. Keep it with you when you are studying. Why i want to do so? You are warning yourself by doing this. You will be aware that 'this things will distracts me! I must avoid it. And also you can get your concentration back.



5. Sleep well

I think you know the importance of sleeping. Most of your problem will be I am studying well but I can't remember it! Maybe the reason will be that you are not sleeping at the correct time. The things we studied will be saved in our brain when we are sleeping.  So when you are not sleeping well then, the things you studied will be fastly forgotten. If you are studying without sleeping then you are hard working not smart working so,the expected results will not come. So sleep well and in correct time my dear friends!
