There is only one thing in this world is equal to everyone and that is  time , both Successful and Unsuccessful people have 24 hours in a day and what do successful people do different from normal people to become successful? this is  because they use their morning time wisely and productively. Day of a person determines On the first few hours of his / her morning. I will explain it ,if your morning routine is so good and productive then your whole day will be wonderful. And if your morning routine is bad and distracted  your whole day will be very bad. So if you are making your morning routine, very powerful than your whole life will change totally.
The result of a survey says that only 5% of hundred people wake up early and that  5% people do something more tthe other people who is not waking up early. They get more happiness more money and everything more than others. So you should understand that waking up early is one of the important habit to achieve success. But can we achieve such as only by waking early?
You may have doubt that there are many poor and normal people who wakes early and why don't they achieve success.
This is because even they are  waking up early, they are not using their morning routine wisely and productively also this too is the time which the successful people use for their success and dream.
For making our morning routine wise and productive Robin Sharma shares an amazing tip in his one of the best selling book The 5 AM CLUB.
So let's start, as the name of the book ,you should wake up at 5 am .We know all the benefits of waking up early, but the truth is we guys will snooze the alarm and will sleep again, but how much earlier we start our day that much fastly we can achieve our success .Morning 4 to 6 am Is so beneficial .Here are some
*No much distraction.
* No one is going to chat with you.
* Most people will be sleeping
*your will power will be at maximum
*Your brain will be more effective this time, this is the best study time for students.
But by just waking up early will not make you successful.if it was that like then how much success stories will be there? 🙂You should have a reason for waking otherwise, there will be no use of waking up early . Hmm..I am waking early and have a reason,Can I be successful? No!it's a totally rubbish question. You are  going to be nothing by waking early and having a reason. The 20/20/20 Rule

Robin Sharma shares a superb method which is called 20/20/20 Rule in his book,the 5am club.The first hour (4-6am) after waking is considered as the Victory hour by Robin Sharma. This one hour is splitted into 20 minutes each in this rule
1. Move
You should move in this 20 minutes means you should exercise or walk or whatever it is. You should move for this 20 minutes. By doing this your metabolism increases and becomes more energetic also your brain become more effective.

2.Reflect
In this 20 minutes, you should make a to-do list for the day or write your main works on the day or meditate. This helpes you to make a clear vision about your future.

3.Growth
You should use this last 20 minutes for your growth. You should gain knowledge. You can read books watch, Educational videos or here podcasts. Use it for yourself development and this is all about the victory hour.You can come back your daily life after your morning routine is finished .Even though you are only working just for one hour. It will make a high impact on your life. You should do it daily and not stop.

   Give equal importance to sleep
Here author says that you should give equal importance to sleep too. You must sleep 6-8 hours at night. Only by sleeping well can refresh your  mind and gives a fresh morning. It's a very bad habit to sleep late. So try to sleep early and wake early. Remember you can only have an energetic morning from a good sleep.Robin Sharma says that if you need to sleep fastly,you should avoid using smartphone at least one hour before going to sleep. By using mobile phones or tablets we will get blue light and the amount of melaton which helps us to sleep will decrease and we cannot sleep well.So,you should not use mobile phone or tablet at least 1hour before going to bed.

How can I make this a Habit?
Study says that if someone do the same thing for 66 days continuesly,he forms that habit. For forming this habit of the 5 am Club Robin Sharma says there are 3 stages in this.“ Change is hard at the beginning Messy in the middle and gorgeous in the last ” . So, when you do at this things for some days it will be hard at the beginning. And when you come to middle stage you will feel Messi, your  mind will start to find excuses to not wake up or to not continue the habits and sometimes you will think to give up but after crossing this stage,you comes to the 3rd stage ,where you will start loving that Habit and you will start getting the benefits of it . And you will become the member of 5am Club were there are many successful people .One of the best benefit of using this morning routine is you will improve your self discipline. Also you will get many skills like  time management and you can cross any difficult situation which comes to your life.
